Small Or Hooded/Puffy Eyes?!

I have really small, puffy and hooded eyes and i want to help people out there who suffer with my problem!! well to make them look bigger, you need to wear whites and silver shimmer because this will increase the light reflecting onto your eyes which will make them appear bigger. I would reccommend putting a white eyeliner on your waterline to open your eyes. Also, avoid dark colours because they can make your eyes appear more sunken in and will decrease the size. However, applying a light bt noticible brown above your crease (sort of creating another crease but higher) then you will add more dimension to your eyes but without making them look sore or like you've been punched :) check out my channel for more advice, tips and tricks : http://www.youtube.com/user/xxelvisxx100
