Hi mommies!
Thanks for replying ladies. I had c-sections for both of my boys. I thought that it was impossible to get rid of that "pouch or loose skin" because of all the layered scar tissue underneath BUT it's possible. I noticed that after eating right and exercising regularly ( I try to go to the gym 4-5x/week) that my tummy has flattened along with those annoying love handles. It's not completely pre-preggie flat but it's getting there. It took me a month and a half to lose 10lbs. I am not at my target weight but want to tone up. I want definition all over. Who doesnt? haha
I give it up to all of you mommies in trying to keep life balanced - taking care of yourself and your family. It sure isn't easy but I found ways to make it work. My gym(Bally) has a Kids Club so it helps exercising at the gym and I also work out(Turbo Jam & Zumba) at work on my breaks. We have an empty room and warehouse where we do a mini group execises at work. :)When the kids nap, I exercise at home with my DVD's or I make sure to go on walks or bikerides w/the kids. I also use http://www.bodybuilding.com as a guideline. OMG, you guys have to check out that site. Also, if you haven't heard of Jennifer Nicole Lee, you have to check her out. She's my inspiration! She's a mom of two and is totally rockin'. :)
