One thing I'm crazy about is always brushing my teeth and making sure they're clean, which keeps my teeth relatively white. But I'm always looking for new ways to whiten them even more. I found awhile ago online tips and thought I'd share them. If you make a paste out of baking soda and vinegar and brush your teeth with it before brushing with toothpaste you'll see results really soon. Just make sure to rinse your mouth well after using the vinegar-baking soda mix because the acid in vinegar could actually stain your teeth if left on. I've done this a ton of times though and have never had a problem. Rubbing strawberries on your teeth is supposed to help too, I've never tried it though. Lemon juice brushed on your teeth works really well, I've tried it a couple of times, but just like the vinegar it has acids so make sure to wash your mouth afterwards! As for products, Crest White Strips work so well! And you see results within the first 3 days. They don't really last the full six months that they promise though. I highly recommend them though still. Another product I like is Arm and Hammer toothpaste. It gives you great results. I love it in the flavor "Brilliant Sparkle". I tried a different flavor and it works just as well but puts a weird flavor in my mouth, so I highly recommend Brilliant Sparkle. I've never gotten my teeth whitened professionally and with these products and tips I don't find it necessary. Okay here are my tips and opinions I have on whitening teeth, I hope you enjoy them! Make sure to tell me any tips you have below!

The only problem with lemons is they eat away at the enamel on your teeth which is not good. I used to love lemons, then I started to have problems with sensitivity and my hygienist said to stay away from the lemons, they were causing the problem.
My dental hygienist told me about the hydrogen peroxide trick for whitening, so that one should be safer.
