You can try a deep red/berry/fuschia colored lip to help make them look very kissable ;)
Be friendly and playful, keeping the conversation light and teasing. Also talk to other people around the room, and then near the end of the night, ask him to dance and let it lead to a longer conversation to really get to know each other. And Zineb try to prepare a few conversation topics before. If he's on a sports team, ask him what they're training for, or how their season is going. Ask his about his plans after high school, or if he's seen any good movies lately, or what kind of music he likes. Even if you feel nervous, just blurt a question out, and before you know, you'll be having a smooth conversation :)
