Bumps.. Lotion.. Help?!

OMG. I know I look really weird, btw, I just splashed my face with water, and my bags aren't that dark.. its makeup.. and my nose looks huge!... But I don't know if you can see, but I have a bunch of little bumps all over my face around my eye area... I used a different. Lotion yesterday.. Is that why? How do I get rid of them?!?

You're probably allergic to it. Don't use it anymore. Ice the area that has bumps, and leave it for a while. If it starts to swell than take Motrin but I doubt it will.
