1. I'm in a musical and I have to wear LOADS of makeup and its hard to keep from sweating
How do I make it less noticeable.
2. I'm so nervous. I can't smile!! I have to smile. But it's so difficult.

Try a primer before you apply your makeup and a setting spray.

Try an oil control foundation and make sure you blot when you have time, and powder a little bit when you get too shiny (:

1) Powder every chance you get! Also don't focus in heat or nervousness...think and focus on a situation that makes you feel relaxed!
2) Like I said, think of a relaxed situation. Like focus on fun times with your friends and it will help you to relax and smile! Lol think of the audience full of cute guys you want to impress and smile!(:

Definitely primer and a setting spray after. I would make sure that if you are using foundation set it with a powder and it will absorb some of the moisture! And for smiling, I've heard of putting aquaphor or Vaseline on your teeth! It feels gross and tastes gross so if you start to stop smiling you'll be reminded to by the taste and texture! If you don't want to do that, practice smiling during practice and I KNOW it feels so stupid but I used to do dance and my coaches always told me to smile while practicing because if you don't practice smiling while dancing its like practicing your danced half assed and you will only dance half assed! It's just like muscle memory! Sorry for the length but I hope this helps!

What musical? and for makeup wear a primer and setting spray, and try to put it in light layers, it will stay better. and for smiling, just try to stay comfortable and be sure you know what youre doing so you don't have to worry.
