How to make hair grow faster?

My hair is 2 inches past my shoulders. I wan it grow up to my belly button or a little bit less by August? Is that possible? Can I make my hair grow fast? Any tips to keep it healthy and strong?

Here in Brazil, we use something called "Monovim A" and "Bepantol Derma". I use it with my shampoo, and my hair its growing...

You can try amla oil.

Brush it every night and use mane n tail found at target or take vitamin b12.
