I need advice on what color top matches this skirt I was thinking black or white but is there any other color I can wear it with?

Oh my, I can't get over how amazing this skirt is. Honestly, I would wear a slim black sleeveless shirt with this. Tucked in. Bright red lips or dark mauve and a winged black eyeliner with bold lashes. Hell yeah! ❤

Anything except browns, blacks or white and try to choose and simple solid coloured top, so the skirt is the main part of your outfit.
