Is there a huge difference in term of finished look between the oil free primer and the radiance primer?

I believe that the oil-free primer has a matte finish to it while the radiance primer has a dewy, radiant finish

The radiance primer is crazy glowy. I have it and I only use it underneath velvety and matte foundation to let the radiance shines through.
