Serious Question. Way Damaged Hair!!

So a few months ago, I went to the salon and paid 75$ for them to do the ombre in my hair with blonde.
The lady teased my hair then bleached it and put toner.
The whole time she wouldn't let me look in the mirror till after.
After she was done my hair was falling out it still does.

What can I do to make it healthy or anything I can do to keep it somewhat normal

I recommend this to eeeveryone on here as soon as they mention damaged hair. aussie 3 minute miracle is a conditioning treatment and it saved my hair!

Oh no... The teased ombré is so bad for your hair. I would recommend cutting it and giving yourself a fresh start it that's not an option. Then make sure you have a condition with protein in it. And get a really good hair masque and wear it twice a week overnight with your head wrapped. This hair masque is really good and smells delicious.

I can't just cut my hair cuz it goes up on my head.
It'll be way past a boys cut and I am NOT doing that.

Then maybe just get it trimmed. And use this masque twice a week.

Just lay off heat and use a deep conditer :) don't wash it everyday if you don't have too. :)

I agree with belle. The Aussie 3 minute miracle is great for damaged hair.
