Hey beauties 😊 I am doing the curly girl method and have been for a good while now. I co wash, deep condition, don't brush, and keep my hair as healthy as possible. My roots down to the top of my ears are new growth and are really curly, dark, and shiny compared to the length and ends. I am growing out the highlights which are dry, stringy, and less curly.

My question is do you think I should dye the highlights dark brown with henna (my natural color)? Or should I just bite my lip and let it all grow out eventually? I really want it all to be dark brown already but if its best for my hair health I am willing to wait!

I'd grow it out. Because if you die it. Your hair will be more damaged and less curly.

@kat H. Ok thanks 😊 my hair grows fast but its a couple inches from waist length and I'm growing it down to my butt.
