Try not using heat for a year it helps sooo much and regularly trim it to so it grows back healthier and quicker x

Try mane n tail, it thickens hair. Eat more protein (or just eat healthy in general) vitamin B12 is a big part of it too, I use gnc ultra nourish hair pills and I have seen some difference, but I started a little while ago. Try to wash your hair less, and braid it at night. Try to keep your hair up more because leaving it down can damage the tips. Don't style with heat as much, or if you have to use a good heat protectant spray.

Trim it every 6 or so weeks but only a little because if you cut a lot, it won't really help with growth.

Egg, honey, and lemon, leave on for 30 mins with a warm wet towel, :) sounds gross but it should help out,
p.s: eating tomatoes helps

I make sure my hair is healthy and I've been using mane n tail which really helps with the health and I'm a HUGE fan of coconut oil. There is no Miracle to hair growth, but making sure it's healthy really helps. If you heat style your hair every day, you can try to cut it out, but if your like me (where I pretty much have to) make sure you are using a really good heat protectant! Eating right helps a lot and taking fish oil also helps the health. You hear all of these people saying 'I use this product and my hair grew three inches in a week' most of these don't work the same for all of us because our hair grows at different rates, but keeping it healthy really helps and you can try using sulfate free or lower sulfate to help it stat healthy too!

I haven't used heat in my hair and have been using vitamins for a week and I've already gained around half an inch in my hair :) I'm also staying away from sodas and am sticking with water.
