If you want to use a routine try loreal eversleek range use the shampoo, conditioner an then the treatment once a week! or use your normal shampoo an conditioner an once a week use sweet almond oil just pour it over leave it in over night an wash out in the morning!

Use sulfate free shampoos since sulfates dry out your hair, use weekly hair masks with stuff like honey, olive oil, avocado, banana, eggs and even mayo helps. Look up the pro naturals hair care line on the internet and get what you want from them, anything of theirs helps since argan oil is really really good for damaged hair.
