I don't know any natural remidies but if I need to get nail polish off and I have no acitone I used a clear polish, paint over the nail and quickly rub it off.

On my toes I'll just use a nail file and file the polish off when my boyfriend isnt home to take the paint off for me. Since I always have my nails done I can't touch acetone or I'll mess up my paint.

There is a natural, non acetone nail polish remover that is actually good for your nails. I can't remember what the name is though, sorry :(
