I have tried so many eyeliners in the waterline and they always smudge within about 2 hours. And product recommendations or tips?

Use a waterproof eyeliner and lightly pat a matching eye shadow over it to seal it in.

Hmmm...well you can always try to find a waterproof eyeliner but a specific eyeliner that works for me is the revlon colorstay twist up pencil! If that product doesn't work I have some tips that may help.
1) try setting it with a translucent powder under the eye and on the waterline. This will help absorb any oils.
2) take a matching eyeshadow and apply it on top of your eyeliner to help set it.
3) try any cream/gel liner.
