Curl them & with a small angled brush (a clean angled eyeliner brush will do) dab it in some black MATTE eyeshadow & place it right where your lashes meet your lid.

Rub some Vaseline on them and curl them with an eyelash curler

Heat up your eyelash curler with a blow dryer (not for too long, and feel the curler before you put it near your eyes so you don't burn your eyelids!) and you can try some Vaseline, or get some clear mascara (Maybelline makes one)
