Has anyone tried biotin does it work? how long to notice any sidee effects? you hadd?

There aren't any side effects to biotin. if there were to be any, it would probably be a minor acne breakout.

I have been using biotin for three months now and my hair has grown a little over 3 inches (: The new hair growth is super thick and I experienced no side effects. I drink aloooooot t of water so I recommend doing that so you don't break out from the biotin.

I've been using biotin for about 6 months and I broke out with cystic acne. I've never had bad skin until then and I refused to believe that is what made me break out, but my hair would not grow for six years and after taking it my hair finally grew about 3 inches.

Biotin is a hair,skin,and nails supplement it can't break you out.

Then why did it break katie out maybe her hormonus are diffrent since her hair didnt grow for 6 years :9.
