BB creams usually have a moisturizer and sunscreen in them. BB creams are also a lot lesa heavy and more sheer:-)

Foundation is more aimed at coverage or evening out your skin tone mostly. BB creams moisturize, protect you skin, help your skin cells, and also provide coverage.

Use a bb cream for sure! you have beautiful skin and it will just help you have a really subtle glow. :)
