I love your hair and skin, the only thing I think you should add to your routine is contouring; because personally I love contouring- so it may not be for you, but you have such pretty cheekbones that a strong contour will make them stand out so much more and add warmth to your skin! Also side bangs with some layers would be really pretty on you too! But I personally love your hair and the colors are amazing on your skin, and your skin is gorgeous- also you have great eyebrows and face structure! :)

You should use a foundation 3-4 shades darker just to contour, start at the top of your ear and go at an angle and go to where the outside corner of your eye ends (imagine a line going directly down from your corner of your eye, or use the end of your makeup brush to tell) if you go further in, it can close off your face and loose it's effect. I will attach a picture below to give you a refrence to where you can contour, the sides of your nose, your cheek bones (suck in and make the fishy face it will help while doing your makeup), and along your temples and above your eyebrows, making an "l" or a "c" around your eyes to your forehead, temple, cheekbones. Since powders look cakey on you- I would suggest only using a bronzer/blush (normally I would suggest a more natural bronzer is a tan pressed powder 4 shades darker than your foundation, it's matte and not orange/fake looking so it works really well. I love loreal's tru match pressed powders, there's such a great selection of colors) but the reason you can look cakey could also be because of your foundation? because usually you should set your foundaiton with a powder, this will help it stay on longer, add a little extra coverage, and give you a more flawless finished look...also you can try using a makeup setting spray like mac's fix+ or model in a bottle, this will help take away the super powdery look. But anyways, like I said- try using a bronzer to contour, I like using two- one with and without shimmer, the matte one you'll use to make your strong deep line in the crease of where your cheekbone is you can use a contouring brush for this, a blush brush, or a bigger style puffy eyeshadow brush (this will fit perfectly in your contour), I make a small triangle from the top of my ear to a little below it and bring it in down my face at an angle ending where your eyes end (so this is coustom to your face) and then blend it out with a brush without any product on it to get rid of harsh lines. For a matte bronzer I either use mac's studio fix powder, trumatch powder, or e.l.f's contour blush/bronzer in st lucia- I actually almost always use the elf blush/bronzer because it's gorgeous! It's also a complete dupe of nars orgasm blush and laguna bronzer, it also has great color payoff for only being $3) You want to use the same color right under your jawbone to define where it ends, and the space in between you want use your foundation to highlight that contour and keep it nice and bold (you should understand what I mean with the picture and videos I post- sorry this is so hard to explain thru text) Then I take a blush and work that into the apples of my cheeks (I like to smile when I do this so I know excactly where it goes) and then I work it straight back into the contour..and then I go over my contour lightly with a shimmery darker bronzer and work it in circles up my temple- this gives you a really good sunkissed look I think (and you do not have to do this, because you're really fair, you don't have to do this at all, unless you want a strong contour/sunkissed look- for the sparkly bronzer I use covergirls trublend mineral bronzer in golden sunrise- I absolutely love this bronzer it's so gorgeous) And then I take a highlight (I use hard candy's baked blush/bronzer in pin up as a highlight, mac's mineralized skin finish, or nyx illuminating powder) and just use a fan brush right on the very top of your contour, place the fan brush right on the very top of your cheek bone right under your eye and work back into your hairline making a good highlight/shimmer off your cheek- this really will make you look like your glowing!
I would also suggest if you go the foundation route, you get a good stippling brush/blending brush to buff it all out with, try real techniques stippling brush or expert face brush- this is the one I use daily for foundation, powder, bronzer, blush, everything. And these are both under $10. the reason I'm saying to use a brush rather than a beauty blender or sponge, (which you can use too if you like sponges better, but I personally don't) is beacuase you have two different colors so you can easily stipple one color onto your face wipe off the brush, and do the next color or do them both at the same time too just keep a paper towel close by (this is just what I do, but I'm sure you'll find your own rythm once you get into the habit of doing it)
This is what it should look like when you use foundation to contour your face out, keep in mind if you want a stronger contour then go with a darker color like she did- for a bolder color contrast, and these once blended out make all the difference, I will find some before and after pictures so you can tell what it does to your face too: http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-DQCZKmIH_1s/UG3VlXDgNTI/AAAAAAAAAPo/xGKmw0KfZPw/s1600/kim+k+2.jpg
here's another of what it should look like from the front: http://25.media.tumblr.com/tumblr_m9u7pvZNvk1re2wkko1_500.jpg
Here's her before and after (sorry these are all pictures of kim k - I don't really like her too too much, but she had the best pictures that were self explainatory and easy to tell what she did, I could really find to explain how :/ ):
http://starcasm.net/wp-content/uploads/2012/09/kimkardashianbeforeandafter.jpg
And Idk if you can tell the differnce it makes on her face and how much more defined and refined her face looks all together, I think it just not only makes you look thinner (because your tricking your eye to create shadows/depth to your skin) but it also makes you have a much more sultry, sexy look because it makes your eyes and lips stand out so much more!
here's another good picture of how just a swipe of bronzer under your cheekbone can add a lot more definition to your face completely before, during and after- this is a pretty good explination, although I suggest you take the line of bronzer further back into the hair line, but that's just me- she also contours the side of her nose too by squeezing your small brush together to make a straight line of bristles and running it down the sides of your nose to make it more defined.:

here's what the shimmer bronzer&highlight will look like if you add those to your contour/highlight (if you can tell the difference, it's more of a glowy-ness to your face, and the light reflects of your cheekbones, making them look higher than the actually are:

Here's my favorite girl on youtube, nicole guerriero, she shows you how to contour and what you can use product wise, but you can mix and match this so much, use a bigger brush than her or use different products, or switch it all up to liquid everything (including a highlight), also keep in mind, she takes her contour in pretty deep almost to her lip which you don't have to do, but this looks amazing on her face, so you will have to just play around to see what looks good on you! If you lived in florida I'd gladly do your makeup for you to help lol! Anyways, here's her video:

*Also I went to sallys the other day and picked up a creme foundation by femme couture (this is the first product I've ever used from them) and it wasn't really what I was expecting because it's supposed to be "foundaiton" and it's more like a wet to dry powder and is actually pretty thin, I'll attach a link of what it looks like so you know, I just dip my brush right into it and stipple it onto my face, but what I was thinking is that this would be perfect for you to get in two different colors and use this to contour (as a bronzer) because it's light, it blends super easy, it doesn't look cakey, and it's buildable - so you can work up to the darkness/strength of the contour you would like. Also, another good product you can use (this is my everyday foundation) is the dream smooth mousse this is also a creme foundaiton, but is a lot more creamy and full coverage but very lightweight, I would highly reccomend this too! Here's the link for the creme foundaiton by femme couture: http://bim.shopstyle.com/pim/80/af/80af6ef91898a597a504a4ffe5a8c85c_best.jpg
