When I get out of the shower, I start blow drying my hair with a round brush and then I move on to straightning but whenever I try to straighten the ends they always end up curling upwards and they stay like that and then on the top of my crown area I can feel my natural hair waveiness. I have medium thick hair. When other people do my hair it turns out so straight! Any help??

Your not getting your roots. It's all about the way you part your hair. Start from bottom to top.

I have very very curly hair and it's all about the right tools, technique, and arm strength. Use a flat paddle brush and start each section at the roots to make sure they are dry and smooth. Pull on the hair! Then move to round brush for the rest. You should let your hair air dry for a but after shower. When you blow make sure you really dry it.
