What did you use?? Every unnatural colored dye is semi-permanent. That doesn't mean wash out, so keep that in mind next time(:
Try mixing a clarifying shampoo, dish washing liquid & anti dandruff shampoo with some vitamin C powder. Put that in & leave it for about an hour or 2. Make sure to deep condition after. Or try using Color Oops, or just bleach it

Go to Sally's and buy The Uncolor System (it's just one greenish bottle). This worked okay for me after trying the Pravana artificial color extractor, to get out their own colors. It couldn't have been that expensive, especially compared to that $20+ I paid for the other one.
