I have curly hair so I'm an expert on curly hair. First of all you want to try and reduce the amount of heat from tools your putting on it. Secondly, moisturize your hair with some sort of natural oil. My favorite is coconut oil because it smells amazing and it gets the job done.
Thirdly, at least once a week use a moisturizing hair mask, if you don't have any then you can use 100% natural oil like olive oil, or coconut oil. Get your hair wet and apply to your hair. Leave it in for about an hour. Wash your hair out. Be careful though if you apply too much at your roots then they will get really oily. Also when you take the shower, take a regular shower (shampoo, condition, etc.)

I have really curly hair and I used to have really frizzy hair too, so I talked to a professional who specializes in that type of hair :) First off, I had to stop using heat on my hair. it was drying it out and causing more frizz. I also had to switch shampoos. A lot of shampoos have this chemical called sulfate in them, which dries out your hair and makes frizzy hair even worse. I was using at the time the "Anti frizz" herbal essence and a bedhead shampoo for curly hair and I switched it to a sulfate free shampoo and I noticed a big difference :) (I'm not saying that herbal essence and bedhead are bad brands, I'm just saying that if you have frizzy hair, they won't help.)
The brand organix also has Moroccan Organ oil for only $8 at Safeway which reduces frizz and makes hair soft, as well as coconut oil. :)

And the more you touch your hair the more frizzy it will get!
