Ulta, they have a good combination of higher and lower end brands. So that in one store, I can get my UD primer and my lashblast mascara. Because both are my beauty staples! Lol. :)

Ulta sells both high end and drugstore brands so its good if you for example want a concealer and don't care whether it's a high end or drugstore brand. It seems like they offer more of high end products also. I saw the new too faced summer eyes palette on ulta.com, but they don't sell it at sephora (yet)

Ulta it's way cheaper!
