What could I do to cover up blemishes and acne my mom does not allow me to wear make up help!!

Go to a dermatologist , wash your face day/night & make sure you moisturize!

Ugh, all these people acting like clearing your skin is so easy. I have acne too, and my mom didnt let me wear make up until this year. Well, try to stay in the sun and drink lots of water. It always clears up my skin a good bit. Tell your mom about Clinque. It's an amazing, dermentologist recommend brand that offers foundation for every skin typed and color, for a good price. They have a whole acne formulated foundation that helps clear up your skin. It works amazingly. Also, if she won't let you buy their makeup, at least ask for their skin care regimen. I am in looooove with it.
