All there is to it is patience doll. I know how you feel. I've been trying to grow my hair out for awhile now and if it helps these are some things I've been doing for my hair.
- take a hair supplement (I use biotin)
- use less heat as much as possible (if you can't then a really good heat protector is a must!)
- only shampoo your hair 2 or 3 times a week, condition always
- deep condition at least twice a week (I use Aussie's deeeeep conditioning treatment $3)
- use a wide tooth comb to detangle hair as much as possible, especially when wet
- if you wanna tie your hair keep it lose; there's so many cute things you could do with that
- braid it at night time! (everyone says it helps)
- eat well
