On average hair grows about 1/2 inch a month, depending on our genetics plus how often you trim dead it could be more or less. How much hair do you normally grow in a month?

Diet is a big part, try to eat more protein and nuts. I have this stuff called gnc ultra nourish hair with biotin and it has helped. Try to use mane n tail because it thickens it, hope this helps.
