Ways to enhance my waves?

My hair is dry, thin, 1-2 inches past my shoulders, and slightly wavy. Lately I've been looking for ways to enhance my curls. I've tried buns and twists, but they don't give me the texture I want. And Braids are average, but they tend to dry my hair and make it frizz. I'm using sea salt spray there (like always). Any ideas or suggestions?

The sea salt spray is why your hair is dry and frizzy. That's how beach hair is and that's what sea salt spray is supposed to give you. I would recommend sleeping in two side French braids. Before braiding comb leave in conditioner through your hair and make sure your hair is wet/damp.

My hair doesn't get frizzy when I add sea salt spray, but when I braid it.

Use leave in conditioner. And try not to use sea salt spray more than once a week it drys your hair out a lot.
