Red is a tough one on me:( I also struggle to find my perfect red lol I tried on the Mac Russian red that everyone raves about and it didn't suit me, I looked as if I worked on a street corner rofl I'm so pale and my green eyes, its hard to find the right shade..

Bright red looks weird on me but a darker berry/plum color is perfect.

I don't follow color charts when it comes to makeup. My lippie collection has shades from across the board. It just irks me when darker complexions are given the typical dark gold, dark pink shades. Like we don't want to rock a soft lilac or hot pink. :(

Hm? I really don't think that this colors would go on me not because of my skin color but because my lips are naturaly dark and I really go for like browns and stuff. Lol

I'm really pale but can't wear those colours coz my lips are so red naturally. I dnt wanna go down the concealer route etc. purples seem to look ok though. I AM CASPER.

Hi Rebekah, I have fair skin & red lipstick works great for me! I like wearing a red lipstick that is not too bright. I have a red cherry lipstick & it looks great. You should definitely try a couple shades & see what works great for you :)
