Also cut-wise... my hair is one length and has absolutely no style at all. Should I get length taken off, some layers, etc. My hair is fine so I'm not sure what I could do. My biggest problems with my hair are lack of volume and holding a curl.
What do you think would look best? Should I colour my hair, get highlights/lowlights? What kind of cut? Should I just leave my hair colour as it is? Looking for a colour that would look best with my super-pale skin that has a ton of redness.

Your hair is beautifully long! So don't cut it short or dye your natural blonde hair! If I were you maybe get a fringe and get some layers

Layers and a full fringe as it will have more volume and look more full!x

I would say some bangs either side bangs or the full front bangs would look great as for the rest I would say maybe long layers would suit it so you don't loose out on the length because long hair looks great on you and for color add some lighter blonde and dark browns (maybe even like a redish brown) for highlights and lowlights would definitely add some dimension (:

Fringe! this might sound weird but you have the perfect forhead for it! don't dye or cut it I love it! I use a 3 barrel curling iron and in my display pic you can kinda see what it turns out like! post a pic when you are done:)
