I'm not a fan of liquid liners because so many just don't work. I agree with Kattie tho almay does work well. Personally I use gel liners elf has many shades for only 3$ and they stay all day! They're a great dupe for my mica eyeliner which is 25$

I'm on my second wet n' wild liquid eyeliner (regular, not the H2O proof).
It stays on all day and comes off easy with my makeup remover.

Stila, is a great eyeliner especially the ones with alittle shimmer in them, but I'm not sure of the one is liquid I mean it looks like a pencil but goes on like its liquid, it's a really smooth eyeliner, that stays on or doesn't smear unless your ready to take it off with makeup wipes.

I love the lancome art liner. Pricey but one of the blackest most pigmented and has one of the best staying powers of liners I've ever tried. Another great one is Loreal line stiletto or the Almay one as well!

I like UD you can fix mistakes but its easy to apply and actually lasts 24 hours. It's a bit pricey though.

The Kat Von D ones at Sephora are gorgeous (inside and out) and they last all day
