So I want to do some crazy lips. does nyone kno ny good lip primers, do they work? and if I wantd to use a shadow for the lip color how would I do that? do I have to use my mac paint stick first? 0r could I mix the shadow with something? please help I want to some new looks. picture below is a example.

Moisterizer your lips and put a base on iusually use nyx jumbo pencil in mik and use any eyeshadow and mix it with clear lipgloss!! use a lip brush to aply it
