I would avoid colorful eyeshadow, it enhances your fair skin tone and can "clash" with your hair color. I would avoid any type of orange colored makeup too. Whether it be blush or eyeshadow! I would recommend browns, light golds, cream colors, and champagne colors. I would also avoid black mascara! Try auburn or light brown colors! I hope this helps!

Black cat eyeliner forsure! you'll look amazing with just that or you could also add a light Smokey eye with a thick liner (:
also brown / deep redish lipsticks will be good! light bronzers or light pink blushes

I'm a ginger and I'm proud of it!! I wear champagne colored eyeshadow on my lid and in corners and gold on the outer "v" and middle lid and blend it out into a smokey kind of thing. Don't use black eyeliner, it's too harsh with our fair skin and hair. I use brown on my lower lash line and it turns out looking a little darker!! I hope this helps!

Definitely color in eyebrows a bit a light brown though, and wear mascara on top and bottom lids! And I think a dark eyeshadow would look good on you and make your eyes pop :)
