To find a colour that suits you best find a product that suits your skin type best (I have combination skin so I just use a liquid foundation by mac called studio fix fluid) and then ask someone working at the cosmetic counter to match your colour to your skin type.
For eyes I think mascara and some liquid eyeliner with a wing looks best like Vania posted looks best :)

Your first time finding the right foundation is always a mission. Deff go to Sephora have a color specialist help you find the proper foundation for your tone & skin. Ask for samples so you have an idea & play around with them until you find the one.that suits you best. There's always a cheaper alternative as well.
