I really like Inglot's lipstick in the number 103. Milani just came out with new lipsticks and they have a lot of red options. I've seen them for the price of 5.49.

Try for something glossy and sweet like Revlon Lip Butter in Candy Apple :) Very nice, very school-appropriate since it's not the most opaque color!
