Use a concealer or lighter foundation and then using your brush, concealer applicator, concealer stick or whatever, draw a line from the inner corner of your eye down to the side of your nose, then go diagonally up along your cheek bone. Fill it in, it will make a triangle. Then blend it out. There's lots of tutorials for highlighting on youtube x
