I stick to the basic rule of makeup. When it comes to makeup you always want to avoid looking cheap. Wearing a heavy smokey eye should be paired with a nude lip. It looks much better than a bright color on anyone. If you are opting for a dark lip then you should pair it with very simple eye looks.
