I incorporated a majority of the ideas that were given. Here:
-brown smokey eye
-pink/red glossy lips
-dolly lashes (I have long lashes so this was easy)
-light blush
-natural by letting my acne show through a little and only using bb cream
-light setting powder
-I added purple in the bottom last line
-and I have the cat eye :)

Hope you guys like the results from all your suggestions! :D Maybe I'll do another one again sometime.
