I agree. With winged liner you should follow the natural line of your bottom lashes. It shouldn't go straight up but not like flat out. Try using a gel liner or liquid

Yea what everybody else said and iwouldnt make it thicker because you have hooded eyes so you dnt have that much room on your eyelid jst practice on the wing part you did good=)
