I have very acne prone skin. It's going away very well, but my face is really dry and on all my acne spots and scars, my foundation always rubs off and looks dry.
I use both a moisturizer and primer, and this still happens. Maybe try a different foundation?? I currently use NYC's smooth skin and a Flower cosmetics foundation mix.

It could be the mix you're using. Maybe they don't compliment each other! Try using a higher quality foundation. I used to have the same problem until I switched to the covergirl stayfabulous foundation!

Thanks! I think you're right. Because I am just doing my makeup for the day and I didn't use the flower cosmetics foundation and it looks fine. Then again I just now did it. We'll see.

Clinique makes AMAZING foundations for just about all age groups/skin types/and skin concerns. They have ones for dry skin, and they also have one for acne prone skin. Either of those may help. Explain to the ladies at the counter your problem, and tell then you're looking to take home a couple samples to see which works best. Or you can just act on a whim and take home a brand new bottle that day. :)
