Can I apply castor oil directly on my face? any side effects?

No. Castor oil is not a natural oil in the body and you will break out. It will clog your pores. Olive oil is a natural oil that goes well with the skin and will not break you out.

I would definetly recommend Jojoba oil! It is the most natural oil that closely resembles our natural sebum (oil produced by skin) therefore will not clog pores. I would recommend jamacian black castor oil in its original form not the refined castor oil if you wanted to use it for your skin but to be honest I wouldn't. It is so thick and viscous and way better for the hair as it is known for stimulating hair growth. Coconut oil can be applied to the skin but in very tiny amounts since it is in a solid form and a lot goes a long way. It will not clog your pores. Good luck! ❤❤❤❤

It really depends on the person. So I say try it and if it makes things worse then stop using it

I was using it as a cleanser for a month and it did heal scars but at the same time gave me a bunch of new ones cause I got like patches of pimples all along my jaw line and on either side of my chin which I had never ever had before it the 10 years I've had mild acne. maybe spot treat at night and wash it off in the morning?
