What BB Creams REALLY are!

I've seen so many girls wondering, but so many people give the wrong answer! True BB creams are NOT tinted moisturizers.
Bb Cream was originally manufactured as an alternative to foundation in Germany for people who had undergone laser treatments or anything that would make their face sensitive.
Asia adopted them because Asia loves skincare. The West adopted them after that because that's what we do :)
Western BB Creams are basically tinted moisturizers, with sheer coverage and little to no skincare benefits. Asian BB Creams have higher coverage and a large focus on skin care such as whitening and oil control.

Yes, and thanks for mentioning the true reason for bb creams! I don't break out with Skin79's bb cream. I haven't tried any others since mine seems to never run out *knock on wood* ;P
