Just apply a thin line to your lids, make a small line in the direction you want the cat eye to go, and fill in :)

Also! A good brand to use is revlon color stay, the brush makes it super easy to do cat eyes :)

Make a thin line close to your lash line then close your eyes and extend the line a bit.

I find felt tip pen liquid liners so much easier and faster. you get so much more precision and a nice even line. plus you don't have to keep dipping it to get more product. I really like the maybelline new york master precise one. its so thin!!
