I'm trying to keep my hair as healthy as possible. so I am trying to find ways to straighten my hair without heat.

This still requires heat but you can make sure to use a heat protectant spray or serum.

When your hair is damp, put a little product in it, something that helps you "control" your hair, and then wrap it. Wrapping is when you pin your hair around your head so that it's like you turned your hair into a beanie lol. I usually use bobby pins and then wrap sections going away from my face, alternating the left and right sides. :)
