To be honest I'd say most of benefits makeup is terrible most of it doesn't work so for that reason it's way way too expensive they spend too much money on packaging and not enough in making the products good , even the women I have spoken to selling benefit said they hate using it and not to waist my money or time on it :/

Max factor is pretty good and there eyeliner is great I have it and love it , it's not too expensive either

I love benefit... All their stuff I've tried is amazing. I've never tried their eyeliner however. It's a pencil? I use the nars sharpener, it's worked wonderfully on every pencil so far.
