Matching BB cream and tinted moisturizer?

I am going to start wearing either a BB cream or tinted moisturizer ( haven't decided yet). How do I match it to my skin tone? How do I match concealer too?

The best way is to go to a store like sephora and have them match you!

What I' do is I go a shade lighter that way it looks more natural.
