Does concealer irritate acne?

I'm thinking to start using e.l.f. or Physician's Formula concealer. Does it irritate and/or cause acne?!?!?

Well it depends on your skin type and which of their concealers you are using. If the do try to get something hypoallergenic

E.L.F. concealer can irritate acne when you first use it, but trust me: it gets a lot better as you use the product more and more!
