I bought coconut oil today becuz I heard its good for your hair! How exactly do I apply it? Lol.

Also , does your hair have to be washed before you apply it?

Your hair doesn't have to be washed. What I do it grab some put it in a plate and warm it up a bit. Then I apply it all over my hair and give my self head massages. The I put a hair cap or bag. It's best if you sleep with it. You want as much moisture you can get on your hair. Then I wash it when I wake up. :)

No. I wash it twice to make sure I didn't leave any oil behind!

Take 3 teaspoon of coconut oil and mix it with lemon juice and heat it before applying and then when its lukewarm apply all over your head and leave it for 1 hour before washing your head.
