I use it. Love how thin it is and how easily you can handle it but the bad thing when you apply it it dries fast and starts to flake

Does it really??/: ughhh.. I will need to apply it quick then. I been using ELFs $1 for the past 3 months but the one I just bought is a no no so thats why I bought this one :)

This one cracks easily and flakes. Next time, I suggest you should try Maybellines gel eye liner :)
