Usually you pick a shade or two darker then your lip color when it comes to a lip color but that would be for a neutral look.it really depends on what your going for.

I did a video on 5 pretty Spring lip colors. Of course, we aren't the same complexion...but when in doubt, visit a counter and try some that appeal to you.
