I use an SPF30 by Nutragena. I too have dry skin and it works well for me.

I get dry patches :/ I use "The Body Shop" facial moisturizer with Vitamin E and it really helps. Also, I would avoid washing your face with soapy cleansers.

Baby lotion!
I use baby oil on my body in winter, and even on those dry patches on my face, and I've had a friend who used baby lotion on her face. Cheap, works like a charm...
